Diana Carolina Montoya Díaz

Carolina Montoya Diaz is a legal researcher with knowledge of Project Management and professional experience of more than five years. She has worked with Econometria since 2014 and participated in more than 17 consulting projects with the firm. Her main areas of interest include: social inclusion, human rights and reconciliation; justice; territorial, urban and rural development; social protection; health and nutrition; science, technology and innovation. She recently participated in the following studies: lifting of the base line for the POT Modernos program, for the National Planning Department; Evaluation of results and operations of returning and relocation processes of victim population for the National Planning Department and the Victims Unit; Institutional and Results Evaluation with participative focus of risk prevention public policy, the protection and guarantee of rights of women victims of the armed conflict, pursuant to CONPES 3784 from 2013, for the National Planning Department and the Victims Unit.

Julián Roa Rozo

Julian Roa Rozo is an economist, from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, with profesional experience close to one year. He has worked with Econometria since 2018. His main áreas of interest are: impact evaluation, public policy evaluation and macroeconomic and sectorial analysis. Recently, he participated in the following studies: Implementation of a pilot project that generates results and facilitates the decision making of the company ALPINA; estimation of macroeconomic forecasts and reports for the Latin American Alliance of Economic Consultancies (LAECO).

Luisa María Bernal Ruiz

Luisa Maria Bernal Ruiz is an anthropologist with emphasis on Health Anthropology from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana with professional experience of more than two years. She has worked with Econometria since 2016 and participated as an analyst in more than five of the firm’s consulting projects. The main sectors in which she has worked are: social inclusion, human rights and reconciliation; Social protection; Public Policy guidelines; Diagnostic studies. She recently participated in the following studies: Development of a study to potentiate technological innovation, coverage and sustainability of the Cine para Todos project within the framework of the TIC and disability initiative of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of Colombia, for the Saldarriaga Concha Foundation; Evaluation with participative focus of risk prevention public policy, the protection and guarantee of rights of women victims of the armed conflict, pursuant to CONPES 3784 from 2013, for the DNP; Evaluation of operations and results of the returning and relocation policy for the DNP.

Sebastián Fernando Pulgarín Castañeda

Sebastian Pulgarin is an economist with a master’s degree in economics (c) and professional experience of over 2 years. He has worked with Econometria since 2015 and has participated in 12 of the firm’s consultancy projects. The main sectors in which he has worked include: social inclusion and rural development. He recently participated in the following studies: impact evaluation of the Jovenes en Accion Program for Social Prosperity and impact evaluation of the conditioned subsidies program Bono Vida Mejor for the Honduran Government and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB)

Sergio Leonardo Castellanos Alba

Sergio Leonardo Castellanos Alba is an economist with a specialization in Environmental Management and professional experience of over 2 years. He has worked with Econometria since 2015 and participated in more than 13 consultancy projects with the firm. His main areas of interest are: sustainable development and climate change; macroeconomic and sectorial analysis; economic valuation; information and monitoring systems; territorial, urban and rural development; Transportation and infrastructure. He recently participated in the following studies; Impact evaluation of the Bono Vida Mejor Program for the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB); Change in conditions of territorial consolidations areas and similar municipalities (PANEL Survey) for Princeton University; Estimate of rationing costs in the gas liquid processing sector GLP for the Mining Energy Planning Unit (UPME).
